Metro Animal Services aims to place healthy temperamentally sound animals in homes where they will receive good lifelong care. Metro Animal Services provides shelter and animal protection services to the Casper, Bar Nunn, and Natrona County Wyoming communities. Metro Animal Services offers shelter-only services for the Mills and Evansville, Wyoming communities. Metro Animal Services advocates for the neutering of animals. All animals available for adoption are on a first-come, first-served. The first person on the property with a pre-approved application basis is the first person eligible to adopt an animal.
