Vanguard Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit "last hope" animal rescue and sanctuary. Vanguard works with law enforcement, county animal control, humane societies, and other rescues to find dogs with behavorial or medical issues and give them an opportunity to live a full life. Vanguard also rescues kittens, cats, horses, and exotic animals. Due to funding, we do not accept animals from the public. We are hoping to open to the public in 2026. Vanguard also offers training and emergency boarding at discou ted rates. We strive to help owners develop the best relationship with their pets.
