CCR does not have a physical shelter. Our dogs depend on foster homes to care for them until suitable, adoptive homes are found. Critter Cavalry Rescue (CCR) is a 501c3 Non-Profit Rescue Organization. Over the last 10 years, CCR's dedicated volunteers fostered and found forever homes for thousands of abandoned dogs. We are focused on rescuing homeless dogs from high-kill Tennessee shelters, where many loving companions wait in vain for a family to adopt them. On average, CCR rescues over 1,000 dogs every year.
