Abby’s Angels Animal Haven is a non-profit, all-volunteer dog rescue. We believe that every ‘angel’ deserves a second chance at the best life. Our office is located in Bedford, PA. As a Southcentral Pennsylvania foster-based rescue, we are dedicated and committed to saving as many lives as possible, providing quality of life to those who are losing their battles and providing all the love and support that each animal deserves.
