Husky Halfway House
Animal rescue service
About
Husky Halfway House Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates a site-based rescue dedicated to the rehabilitation and rehoming of huskies and other Northern breed dogs in a loving environment. We save huskies facing death in kill shelters (esp. in Oklahoma, California, & Texas), abandoned on the streets, or facing abuse or neglect. We place our huskies in homes throughout the United States, delivering them to adopters' front doors. We do not charge adoption fees. Our rescue houses up to 250 dogs at a time. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, and microchip each dog. We socialize them in small packs, evaluate their behavior, and then adopt them into forever homes. This helps us find good matches between adopters and huskies.
