The City of North Kansas City Animal Control and Shelter is available for phone calls between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM - 7 days a week. Please leave a voicemail after hours and we will return your call the next business day. Shelter hours are Tuesday-Friday 2 PM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and by appointment on Monday. The shelter is closed on Sunday. (We can schedule appointments outside of the shelter hours in order to best serve our community)
