We are 100% Volunteer-Operated and Foster-Based. The Rescue Crew is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue dedicated to preventing the unnecessary euthanasia of companion animals in need. We rescue dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, breeds, and conditions—prioritizing the most urgent cases in local shelters, both in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and across Minnesota, where animals face imminent risk without rescue intervention. Our mission is to save the lives of companion animals in need—those who are homeless, abused, abandoned, neglected, or unloved. We are dedicated to showing them compassion and kindness, helping them heal, and ultimately finding them loving homes where they can thrive as valued family members.
