Itty Bitty Kitten Rescue is a 501(c)(3), located in Lexington, Kentucky, formed in 2020 to focus on kittens from birth to 6 weeks. Neonatal kittens require specialized, round-the-clock care, and often do not survive in a shelter environment. IBKR rescues at-risk kittens, provides lifesaving medical care and nutrition, and prepares them for adoption into loving homes. Itty Bitty Kitten Rescue is on a mission to end the killing of neonatal kittens, and to give these kittens a chance for a healthy and happy life.
