Welcome to the Homeless Pets Foundation, where compassion meets action. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to rescue and rehome homeless cats and dogs in the Atlanta area. With a deep understanding of the heartbreaking reality that over 100,000 animals face each year, our dedicated team of volunteers works tirelessly to provide the necessary medical care, foster care, and adoption services to save lives. Founded in 1998 by an Atlanta-based veterinarian, our goal is to prevent unnecessary euthanasia and give these animals a second chance at a happy, fulfilling life.
